To the cat

Your l'il red truck

Your dirty clothes

All over the floor

I don't know what to do

NO MORE!!!

Under your bed

A fork, a dish

No!! Please don't feed that

To the fish

You kids all live

Without a care

Just how'd you get

Your sock up there?

And just whose fingerprints

Are those?

Don't put that marble

Up your nose!!!

Why did you paint

Your sister red?

Come on now, Sweetie

Time for bed

Now, as you lie

With eyes closed, tight

I whisper softly

In the night

O precious Lord

With love, so mild

I am so grateful
